Hard Work vs Smart Work : An Exotic Tale



Angel and Jose were good friends lived in Texas, a state in South Central Region of the United States. Both of them were pursuing a diploma course in Civil Rights at Rice University in Texas.
They lodged together and used to discusse each and every thing mutually. Both were unemployed and looking for a interim job. Finally, they found a low-paid job in which they had to bring some water by the buckets from the fount pouring down at a mountain. Both of them were young age and coveting for some money, so, they decided to start work for a better life than earlier.
The owner had already stipulated that only 3$, per bucket, would be given each. Angel and Jose determined to bring more buckets as they could, in order to make more money during a day.
Now, both of them used to go for work at early morning and come back at late night with some money. They were earning adequately. Now, both were happy and satisfied, and enjoying their personal life. After a month they ushered their jobs, Angel contemplated for a while and said, " Jose! How will we be able to earn money during our old age? It is very hard-working job, we can't do this after years. We can't do  this constantly." " What is your problem? At present, we are earning adequately and satisfied. Why are you thinking about our future? Future can't be predicted.", Jose Said, instantly.
"But, it's very rash work. We deserve for a better job and have ability to earn more.", Angel replied, logically. " I can't take risk. I am satisfied. You would do whatever you want. " Jose said, sharply. 
Angel couldn't persuade his friend and was desperate. He thought repeatedly to consume his knowledge in a right direction. At last, an idea of  laying a pipeline from waterfall to his owner's house across that mountain, struck to his mind. Angel rushed towards his friend, Jose, to convince him about his valuable idea. He made desperate attempt to persuade his friend, but had been unable.
Next day, Angel started to work on his new plan by purchasing some pipes and other necessary items. He decided to bring only a single bucket of water in order to make some money for daily basic needs. He used to consume the rest of the day in the work of plumbing.
Jose had been working with full capacity and earning adequately. He usually thought about his friend, Angel, foolishness.
After a month, Angel had succeeded to complete his work of plumbing by constantly focus work. He had laid down the complete pipelines from that hill to the destination. Now, water began to pour down from pipeline. Angel was able to fill the buckets without any efforts of climbing on mountain. Now, Jose brought only a bucket of water, same period of time, Angel was able to fill five buckets. Angel had been earning five times more than his friend, Jose, without much efforts. He had been rich with in the few months and was much satisfied.
Now, Jose was desperate and sad. He was repenting for his earlier discision. 

Moral - You can't earn more by increasing                 your time, you can earn more by 
                increasing your value.
